Nutrition Advice!!

Olive Oil:This beautiful oil is very rich in mono-unsaturated fat content. It also contains a heart healthy compound called squalene.

Red Wine: A rich source of anti-oxidants flaonoid phenolics, which lower the risk of heart attacks by preventing blood clot formation.

Yogurt: Plain low fat yogurt is the best! It contains many beneficial bacteria that improve your gastrointestinal health.

Chicken: White chicken is a great low fat source of protein and the B vitamin niacin.

Gree Beans: They contain a variety of antioxidant carotenoids, including beta-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin.

An excellent source of an Omega-3 fatty acid called alpha-linolenic acid, which helps protect against heart disease!! Keep a dish of these handy for friends, they make an awesome snack!
